Why won’t my washing machine spin or drain?
Most often the drain-pump filter or the drain hose is blocked, followed by a failed drain pump. If it drains but won’t spin, suspect an unbalanced load, the belt, the motor or worn carbon brushes.
Do you repair washers at home?

Why does my washer shake so much during spin?
The machine may not be level, the transit bolts on a new machine may not have been removed, or the shock absorbers or drum bearings may be worn.
